Observe what makes you tick. Learn how noticing what is happening in your body can lead to greater control over thoughts, feelings, and behaviors! Watch this guided observation.

Step 1: Scan your body for cues or sensations (e.g., temperature, tingling, pain, tension).

Step 2: Notice the thoughts that come up and breath out/let go of the judgment or thoughts that tag along when you observe the body. Let the sensations, feelings, and thoughts be exactly what they are. Do not push them away.

Step 3: Observe what happens after you practiced this “check-in” or body scan.
